FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
The optimal relative humidity level is 40%RH ~ 60%RH.
1. Help create healthy and comfortable indoor climate.
2. Prevent dry skin, red eyes, scratchy throats, respiratory problem.
3. Strengthen the immune system and reduces the risk of allergies for your children.
4. Decrease dirt particles, flu viruses and pollen in the air.
5. Decrease accumulation of static electricity. At a relative humidity below 40%, the risk of static electricity build-up is strongly increased.
DO NOT place humidifier near heat sources such as stoves, radiators, and heaters. Do locate your humidifier on an inside wall near an electrical outlet. The humidifier should be at least 10cm away from the wall for best results.
During the process of evaporation, impurities in the water are left behind. As a result, the moisture that goes into the indoor climate is cleaner.
Limescale is caused by soluble calcium bicarbonate converting to insoluble calcium carbonate. Hard water, which is water that contains a higher mineral content, is the root cause of limescale. When it evaporates from a surface, it leaves behind calcium and magnesium deposits.
Water evaporates when molecules at the interface of water and air have enough energy to escape the forces that hold them together in the liquid. An increase in air movement increases evaporation, the evaporative humidifier is applied with evaporation medium and fan to draws the air goes in and make it circulate around the surface of evaporation medium, thus the water evaporates faster.
Purifiers equipped with an activated carbon filter are highly efficient in eliminating odours, including those from smoke, pets, food, rubbish, and even nappies. On the other hand, filters such as HEPA filters are more effective in removing particulate matter than odours.
A thick layer of activated carbon makes up an activated carbon filter, which absorbs gases and volatile organic compounds (VOCs) from the air. This filter aids in reducing various types of odours.
High Efficiency Particulate Filter (HEPA) can remove 99.97% of particles 0.3 micron and above in the air. This makes the air purifier with HEPA filter very suitable for removing small animal hair particles, mite residues and pollen in the air.
PM2.5 is the abbreviation of particles with a diameter of 2.5 microns. These can be solid particles or droplets of liquid in the air.
This abbreviation is an important measure of air purifiers. CADR stands for clean air delivery rate. This measurement method was developed by the Household Appliance Manufacturers Association.
It represents the amount of filtered air provided by the air purifier. The higher the CADR value, the faster the equipment can filter the air and clean the room.
For the best effect, please keep running the air purifier. Most air purifiers have several cleaning speeds. The lower the speed, the less energy consumed and the less noise. Some purifiers also have night mode function. This mode is to let the air purifier disturb you as little as possible when you sleep.
All these save energy and reduce costs while maintaining a clean environment.
There are two ways to charge the battery:
Charge it separately.
Charging the whole machine when the battery is inserted into the main motor.
Do not turn on the machine while charging. This is a normal procedure to protect the motor from overheating.
Please check whether HEPA filter and screen are blocked. Filters and screens are used to stop dust and small
particles and protect the motor. Please make sure to use a vacuum cleaner with these two components.
The suction problem is normally caused by clogging or air leakage.
Step1. Check whether the battery needs charging.
Step2. Check whether the dust cup and HEPA filter need cleaning.
Step3. Check whether the catheter or floor brush head is blocked.
Check whether the battery needs to be charged or whether there is any blockage in the vacuum.
Step1: Detach all the attachments, use only the vacuum motor, and test if it can work properly.
If the vacuum head can work properly, please continue step 2
Step 2:connect the brush directly to the vacuum motor to test whether the machine can work normally.
This step is to check whether it is a metal pipe problem.
